Plain Baklava dough is similar to the dough of baklava with pistachio or walnuts. No pistachio or walnut is used here. Semolina cream is spread among the layers. Plenty of melted butter is poured over the cream. As is the case with all milk products, it is recommended that this baklava should be consumed as soon as possible.
Shelf life is 5 days. (Please keep in a cool and dry place.)
Ingredients are granulated sugar, potable water, wheat flour, plain butter, sterilized milk, wheat starch, egg, semolina, common salt.
