Do you ship worldwide?

We ship worldwide. You can enjoy our high-quality foods everywhere. However, some countries do need extra information/paper documentation for food orders during customs inspection or so. We will be happy to assist you if you need any help. Please do research for your countries custom rules for food products.

Which carrier do you use?

We ship all orders via DHL Worldwide Express service.

How long does delivery take?

Usual delivery times are listed below:

UK & Europe: 1-2 business days
USA & Canada: 1-3 business days
Australia & Asia: 1-3 business days
Middle East & Arabia: 1-3 business days
Rest of the World: 1-4 business days

How much shipping cost?

Shipping fees depend on the order quantity and destination country. Your shipping fee will be calculated at the checkout page. There is a free shipping option for orders above a limit depends on the country. The shipping fee does not include import & duty fees. Please check your countries import rules for food products before ordering.

Do you provide tracking number?

All orders can be tracked after dispatch with a tracking number. We will update your order and send you an email with a tracking number after we ship it.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if we have not started packing it. (It depends on the order time and day). Please send an email immediately from the contact us page if you want to do so.

Is there any other fee other than shipment?

All applicable taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are required to state the exact value of your order directly on your package. The release of your order is totally at their discretion.

What should I do if I receive my order damaged?

Receiving your order at its best quality is our first goal. We package each order with high-quality packing materials and preservative methods. However, if any order reaches damaged, please ask the cargo personnel and fulfill a form for the situation and email us asap with the photo of the form. We will do our best to compensate for your loss.

What is your return policy?

For any return request please send your inquiry from contact us form.

Due to its nature FOOD PRODUCTS are NOT REFUNDABLE.

For any other product, you may request a return within 15 days from dispatch of your order. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with their original packaging fully intact and original labels still attached. In return case only the cost of the product will be returned, the shipping fee will not be returned.
